Replacement Policy

We have a very easy, hassle-free replacement policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a prompt credit coupon. Simply return unworn, unwashed, unused merchandise with all tags attached in the original box packing within 15 days of delivery for an exchange. You will be issued a credit coupon only for the item(s) you are returning. This coupon can be used for a future purchase on Vithi.com.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

Phone and On-Line Orders: 
Ready-made goods: May be exchanged within 15 days of original receipt date. All exchanges are subject to a 5% restocking fee and refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not offer refunds or credit on shipping charges. All exchanges on ready-made goods must be unused and accompanied by the original receipt and require original unopened packaging and inventory tag. Removal or tampering of the inventory tag makes the sale final.

In Store Orders:

Custom made/ B2B: Orders are final. Full Deposits are required on all Custom/ B2B orders. Deposits are non-refundable.

HAIR EXTENSIONS - WIGS/ HAIRPIECES GOODS REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

Phone Orders and In Store Sales:

Wigs/ Hairpieces: Sales are final and there are No Refunds. Deposits are non-refundable. Credits will be issued as store credit only. After cancellation, labor cost and consultation fee is applied accordingly.

We cannot guarantee you can get exact same hair as previous orders due to being 100% human hair.

100% Human Hair will naturally oxidize (reds fade quicker), due to heat, elements, natural sunlight, washing and general wear of hairpiece/ wig.

All lace materials will stretch and may tear from normal wear and tear. All materials vary to base type.

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot guarantee the longevity of any Top Piece, Hair Piece or Wig, with a French Part or Skin Top. These pieces are made to look as close as possible to hair growing from a human scalp. Each hair is individually ventilated. The hair breaks off to normal wear and tear from styling, shampoo, and heat. Once the hair is lost, it does not replace itself. The hair loss on the Skin-Top or French part is more visible due to material used. Skin-tops are repairable. We can add hair at additional labor cost. Repaired Skin-top/ French part will not look exactly like the original piece.

On-Line Orders: 

Wigs/ Hairpieces: may be exchanged within 15 days of original receipt date. All exchanges are subject to a 5% restocking fee and refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not offer refunds or credit on shipping charges.

Hair Care Products, Accessories or Installation Tools: Sales are final. Due to the nature of these products, there are no returns or exchanges.

If there is a problem with your order, we must be notified within 15 days of receipt. Failure to meet this deadline will result in a void of the limited warranty. We recommend that you wash all hair prior to installation, to detect any possible defects. We do not guarantee hair that has been chemically processed, or in any way altered other than by Vithi, and is null and void of guarantee. Vithi is not responsible for any labor costs associated with installation, removal, or styling.

Cancellations are subject to cancellation charges. We are not responsible for orders left over 30 days. Weights are before wefting, perming, and blending.

HOW TO OBTAIN AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND:

To obtain an exchange or refund you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This can be done via email at C.Care@Vithi.com. The RMA number must be included along with your original receipt and unopened packaging. We do not offer credit on the original or return shipping.

What are the items or services that I cannot return?

Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

• Damages due to misuse of product;
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
• Any consumable item which has been used/installed;
• Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers;
• Digital products or services 
• Any damage or defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered;
• Products which is 'made to order' on customer's request

Then follow these instructions to request a return:

Step 1: Put the item(s) you intend to return along with the original invoice, product tags and product packaging in a shipping box.
Step 2: Seal the box securely with a tape.
Step 3: Call us on  +91-11-47541565 in cases of wrong or defective products delivered by Vithi or you feel your consignment has been tampered with during transit. To obtain an exchange or refund you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This can be done via email at C.Care@Vithi.com. The RMA number must be included along with your original receipt and unopened packaging. All exchanges are subject to a 5% restocking fee and refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not offer credit on the original or return shipping. 
In case your reason to return is none of the above, follow step 4.
Step 4: Send us the packed box through your preferred courier service. Ensure that the following address is securely pasted on the returns box -

Step 5: Once you have shipped the box, send us an email at C.Care@Vithi.com to inform us about the returns shipment. Please include your original order ID number, Way Bill Number & the respective courier for the returned Consignment.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund within 10 working days of receiving your courier.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you are returning a purchase for a credit, you are responsible for the return shipping and to ensure that the products reach us in good condition. We will process your return within 10 working days of receiving your shipment. Our quality team will check the products to ensure they comply with our returns guidelines. We will then notify you with your coupon code in the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise. All exchanges are subject to a 5% restocking fee and refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not offer refunds or credit on shipping charges.

Only in cases of wrong or defective products delivered by Vithi or you feel your consignment has been tampered with during transit, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us in the form of credit coupon, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacing the merchandise.

 You have delivered a wrong/ damaged product to me and I want to return it.

Once we receive your courier, we will issue you a coupon for the value of your returned item.

How is the value of credit calculated?

The value of your credit coupon is calculated as value of the item(s) returned minus any Discount Voucher and Shipping. Please allow us up to 10 working days from date we receive for your return shipment to process the credit coupon. Initial shipping fees is not refundable.

How are returns calculated if multiple items have been bought using a discount voucher?

When a discount voucher is used in a transaction, the value of the discount gets split proportionately across all items on the order, according to value of the items. For example, if you’ve purchased one item worth Rs.300 and one item worth Rs.100, and used a discount voucher of Rs.50, then 75% of the voucher value (Rs 37.5) gets applied to the Rs.300 item, and 25% (Rs12.5) to the item that is Rs.100.

Can I return promotional merchandise?

Sorry, you cannot return or exchange free gifts or promotional merchandise that you might have received from Vithi as part of our marketing promotions.

Can I return a gift?

If you received a product as a gift from loved ones and need to return it for an alternate size, please follow our returns guidelines. You can exchange the gift for a credit coupon that will be issued to you. Please note that the products are to be returned at your own expense.
